In November and December 2020, twenty-five selected young civil servants from all corners of Bosnia and Herzegovina benefited from the four-week-long online training focused on the European integrations and public administration reform in the light of the EU accession process. The training covered topics such as “Understanding EU dynamics”, “BiH and the politics of expansion”, “Managing change for better efficiency of public service,” and “From forming politics to evaluation”. The training was delivered by the prestigious College of Europe institute in Bruges.

Ms. Federica Mogherini, Rector of the College of Europe and former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and Mr. Alberto Cammarata, Deputy Head of Unit for Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, welcomed the EU Scheme participants and gladly shared their valuable experience.
